Reception
A priest is generally available for consultation every Tuesday
to Friday from 9am - 5pm except Public Holidays. Information
covering a wide range of Services and Emergency Relief is
available. Enquiries welcome
Eymard Room
Named after St Peter Julian, founder of
the Blessed Sacrament Congregation. Mannix Room Named after
Dr Daniel Mannix, the third Archbishop of Melbourne who entrusted
St Francis' Church to the Blessed Sacrament Congregation in
1929. The Eymard Room and the Mannix Room provide a comfortable
and relaxed environment where people are welcome to read current
journals and other available publications.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are available in the Eymard Room
Wednesday 11.00am - 2.00pm
Friday 10.30am - 2.30pm
Sunday 10.30am - 2.00pm
Exhibition space is available for public use in the Eymard
Room and Mannix Room.
MacKillop
Room Named after Blessed Mary MacKillop
who was baptised at St Francis' Church. This multi-use space
is ideal for meetings and small group conferences.
Geoghegan
Room Named after the first Pastor of St
Francis' Church, Rev Patrick Bonaventure Geoghegan OSF.
Goold Room
Named after James Alipius Goold OSA, the first Bishop and
later Archbishop of Melbourne who was installed in St Francis'
Cathedral on 4 October 1848.
The Geoghegan
Room and the Goold Room can be used as two
small meeting rooms or opened up to provide a space for larger
gatherings.
