On Sunday 7 September Brother Eymard SSS, celebrated his 60th anniversary
of Religious Profession as a member of the Blessed Sacrament Congregation.
The Jubilee Eucharist was celebrated at 12:30 pm in St Francis' Church
and amongst those present were members of Bro. Eymards family and a number
of friends from Sri Lanka. Brother was born at Beechworth, North East
Victoria in 1922 and made his first Religious Profession in the Congregationin
1943. For over 40 years Brother has lived and worked in Sri Lanka and
today he is a member of our community at St. Philip Neri's Church in Colombo,
Sri Lanka. He returned to Colombo on 12 September.
